Far from standard formats, Grosso Gadgetto leaves, once again, his footprint into experimental indie hip-hop. Noise rap influenced by classic bands as Company flow (Little Johnny era) or classical Dälek. GG also takes influences into cinematic music (and has composed full albums really worth checking out along those lines) evoking a John Carpenter atmosphere : some dark, sick and claustrophobic music .
You got it, World Ruled By Big Pigs is an instrumental album. A grimy and bleak one that could be compared to an old school Techno Animal in its construction. With a modern and personal touch. The whole thing mastered by Rico (Uochi Toki), regular Solium contributor gave a intense texture and powerful dynamic to the record.
