What if everything we've been told is a lie? What if what we perceive as our lives is nothing more than 1's and 0's in a database? It's becoming very likely and it sucks. This album is the realization of the simulation and an attempt to reverse it. Going against the normal grain, the sounds are grating, overwhelming, and somehow entrancing.
Meant to deter the casual listener and melt the minds of the more rare user. I wanted to have an unpolished, dirty, ritualistic and abnormal sound and fill it with boom bap influences. A bunch of 1's and 0's helped me out with feature verses on this creating a hodgepodge of flavors. Brewed in 2017 and pressed to cassette tape in 2019.
THIS SIMULATION SUCKS.
