Everything begins in this city which has no name. There is somthing strange, some abnormal phenomenas. The dogs know. They can smell it, they're barking, A smell floats in the air. A predator smell.
The following events have to be imagined by you, the listener.

With 6 titles of cinematic drone hip-hop, the very prolific artist Grosso Gadgetto paints an apocalyptic landscape forecasting a nearby end of the world.
Through the 6 tortured tracks, the artist immerses the listener into an oppressive universe where gloomy melodies mix with droning noises, progressing into overwhelming layers of noise, only calming down to slowly let room for industrial hip-hop beats, punctuating this nightmarish journey. The whole album plays with this interlayering of genres, of different moments finally melting together into a powerful yet emotional scenery.
The last track concludes this strange trip with a the beautiful voice of Pinkroom, melting her mantras with aerial drones, reminding an ascension towards something higher.

The Shell Of My Body is a very personal and cinematic album inviting the listener to immerse for half an hour into a new universe - the artist's universe.
