Absurdist, self proclaimed connoisseur of
gibberish, Mandy Moorehol makes music. Equal
parts self-medicated Neuroatypical rambling and
lucid lyrical manifesto Mandy’s writing is a
challenging mixture of convoluted non-sequiturs,
and self-aware run-on sentences. Rejecting
narrative and ego, Mandys delivery is a
deconstructive satire that favors layer upon layer
of irony over authenticity. Mandy Moorehol is
every inside joke you have never been part of.
After a mixtape and two EPs, Mandy Moorehol's releases his debut album
S_H_A_D_O_W_B_A_N_N_E_D, a collection of overheard conversations, cultural references
and propaganda in its many forms. Deconstructed, striped of their context and haphazardly
arranged into lyrics over self produced beats, delivered with Mandy’s characteristic improvised
absurdity grounded only by features from the likes of SB The Moor, Tha Red Baron, Sketch
Tha Cataclysm and The Taste of Vomit S_H_A_D_O_W_B_A_N_N_E_D is an album that
exists in this world now.
